Eligibility

FirePay is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to participate in investment and income-sharing activities in your jurisdiction. FirePay reserves the right to verify user identity and terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, referral rewards, or investment plans is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Deposits & Investments

All deposits are made voluntarily and are non-refundable once credited and accepted. Investment plans on FirePay are time-bound and yield daily returns as described in the plan details. Returns are credited automatically to your wallet balance at the end of each task cycle.

• Minimum deposit: ₹200
• Deposits must be made through official payment channels only
• Fake payment screenshots will result in permanent ban

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to admin approval and are processed within 24–48 business hours. A 2.5% processing fee applies to all withdrawals. FirePay reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending security verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹200
• Processing fee: 2.5%
• Only one withdrawal request per day is permitted
• Ensure your UPI ID is correct before submitting — errors are not our responsibility

Referral Program

FirePay operates a referral commission system. When a user you referred makes a deposit, you earn a commission credited to your wallet. Referral commissions are subject to change at FirePay's discretion. Fake or self-referrals are strictly prohibited and accounts found gaming the referral system will be permanently banned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FirePay:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Submitting fake or manipulated payment screenshots
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform
• Spreading false information about FirePay
• Sharing login credentials with other users

Account Termination

FirePay reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, if the account is found to be in violation of these terms. In the event of termination due to fraud or policy violation, all balances may be forfeited.

Risk Disclaimer

Investment activities involve risk. Returns displayed on FirePay are based on platform task performance and are not guaranteed. FirePay is not a registered financial institution. Users should only invest amounts they are comfortable using. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Changes to Terms
