Refunds & Cancellations

This page explains how payment issues, cancellations, and eligible refunds are handled on PonziLab.

Order Cancellation

Orders that are not successfully completed or confirmed by the payment gateway are treated as cancelled and are not processed further.

Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, or does not receive gateway confirmation, no successful order is created. Any temporary debit reversal is handled by the payment partner or banking network as per their timelines.

Eligible Refunds

If an amount is charged successfully but the order is not credited correctly, the user may contact support for review. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel, subject to gateway and bank processing timelines.
