Security Protocol

How FirePay protects your account and what you can do to keep your funds and data safe.

Account Password

Your FirePay account is protected by a password that only you know. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

  • Minimum password length: 8 characters
  • Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Do not reuse passwords from other sites
  • Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Never Share Your Credentials

FirePay staff will never ask for your account password, OTP, or personal banking details through Telegram, email, or any other channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from FirePay and asks for your credentials, report it immediately to our support team.

Secure Login Practices

Always log in to FirePay through the official website or app. Avoid clicking on links from unknown senders claiming to lead to the FirePay login page. These could be phishing attempts designed to steal your login credentials.

  • Always verify the URL before entering your credentials
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared computers
  • Log out after each session on shared devices
  • Do not save your password in unsecured locations

OTP & Verification

Certain sensitive actions on FirePay — such as withdrawals and password changes — may trigger a verification step. Never share any OTP or verification code you receive with anyone, including anyone claiming to be FirePay support.

Protecting Your Wallet

Your FirePay wallet balance is tied to your account. To prevent unauthorized withdrawals:

  • Always use a strong, unique password
  • Do not share your account with family members or friends
  • Double-check your UPI ID before submitting a withdrawal request
  • Monitor your transaction history regularly for any suspicious activity
